My name is Dartz Paradius and I am the King of Atlantis.

Ten thousand years ago Atlantis was a paradise, unknown to the rest of the world. We lived in peace, until one day the sky opened up and a meteor shower of brilliant green fell upon us. The Orichalcos was brought into this world and imbued us with a vast knowledge beyond our times. However, it wasn't long before the stones began to show the true nature of mankind.

Sometime after I succeeded my father's throne, the Orichalcos began to expose the wickedness of man, turning my people into monsters to expose their true darkness. Even my own wife became a wretched beast that needed to be vanquished. I sought the guidance of the Orichalcos and it was then I realized man is wicked and tainted from birth. I was burdened with a purpose: to resurrect the Orichalcos God, The Great Leviathan. This would eradicate man so I could raise a new civilization of man the way it was meant to be. However, to do so I must collect enough human souls.

Over time, I have collected several million souls. Unfortunately, I have yet to gain just enough. One of the most powerful souls I have seen in these 10,000 years was that of a Pharaoh. I am still pursuing him, but I must wait until the moment arises. Still, I will search for any that are worthy enough for my glorious purpose to fulfill my duties.

I realize how hard it is to find pictures of Dartz and his outfits/full body pictures and reference. I've had to scour the net for a while for some of these.

These are the clothes he wears for the most part (He has a suit, but he doesn't need it to keep up appearances here). He has a cloak for over his shoulders as well.

His eyes are two different colors. His original eye color is gold, but the Orichalcos' corruption changed one of them green. The jewel on his forehead holds a piece of the jewel and the pendant around his neck is just an emblem.

The Orichalcos
The Orichalcos, as stated in his biography, is an unknown force that had bestowed knowledge on the people of Atlantis. However, the magic of the stone and its seal only wish to destroy the world using the Great Leviathan. This stone is the source of his magic. As far as canon goes, I believe it also gives him the ability to sense how strong a soul is so that he knows whose soul to purge.

I think I also forgot to mention he uses a sword as his weapon.
This is the only screenshot I could find, but it's called the Sword of Kings. It's actually embedded in Timaeus' eye, so he would use just a normal broadsword. His fighting technique would be a mix of magic and swordsmanship.
